Augmentation de 0,6 % d\u00e8s 2027<\/h2>\n

Les partenaires sociaux de la branche de l’h\u00f4tellerie-restauration en Suisse ont tranch\u00e9: les salaires minimums bruts conna\u00eetront une revalorisation de 0,6 % \u00e0 compter du 1er janvier 2027. D\u00e9cryptage de cette d\u00e9cision et d\u00e9tails des nouveaux bar\u00e8mes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Une hausse align\u00e9e sur l’inflation (SECO)<\/h3>\n

Cette revalorisation de 0,6 %<\/strong> correspond aux pr\u00e9visions de rench\u00e9rissement (inflation) publi\u00e9es le 21 septembre par le Secr\u00e9tariat d’\u00c9tat \u00e0 l’\u00e9conomie (SECO)<\/strong>.
\nConform\u00e9ment au fonctionnement de la Convention Collective Nationale de Travail (CCNT), la compensation du rench\u00e9rissement est ajust\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e sur la base de ces chiffres officiels. L’accord ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 anticip\u00e9 par les partenaires sociaux l’an pass\u00e9, la validation finale s’est faite de mani\u00e8re fluide.<\/p>\n

Qui est concern\u00e9 et quand la hausse s’applique-t-elle ?<\/h3>\n

\u2022 R\u00e9gime g\u00e9n\u00e9ral:<\/strong> Entr\u00e9e en vigueur d\u00e8s le 1er janvier 2027.
\n\u2022 Contrats saisonniers:<\/strong> Pour tenir compte de la saisonnalit\u00e9, la hausse s’appliquera au d\u00e9but de la saison d’\u00e9t\u00e9, soit \u00e0 partir du 1er mai 2027<\/strong> (la saison d’hiver s’achevant au plus tard le 30 avril 2027).<\/p>\n
